General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018
We are the Applied Vision Research Centre at Loughborough University and we administer the PERFORMS scheme.
We have updated our Terms and Conditions to comply with the GDPR 2018. We need your consent to hold your data for the purposes of administering the PERFORMS scheme.
We collect information related to your work via your account and our online questionnaire (which is not compulsory to complete) to enable us to do statistically meaningful analysis.
Each time you read our cases, your individual results will be uploaded to your account. Only you and the PERFORMS team can see this.
We will use your data to compile anonymous group data to be used for reports to the Funding Body/Bodies and conference and journal papers. For example, we may compare results data using job types or number of cases read.
We will only divulge your results if this is a requirement of the contract which confirms your participation.
Further information about what we do with your data is available in our Privacy Notice which you can find here: https://performs.international/data-privacy. Information on how long we will retain your data is here: https://performs.international/data-retention.
If you are not able to give your consent, then you will not be able to take part in the PERFORMS scheme.
At any time, you are able to decide that you no longer want us to hold your data and you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We will then delete your account.
This information replaces the previous terms and conditions which you signed up to if you already had an account with us and forms the basis for all new accounts.
